Apex Base Unit unresponsive

Hello,

This morning I noticed no power on my Apex Aquacontroller Base Unit. The unit has been operational for almost a year, then all of a sudden just died. I've checked and re-checked all connections. Both of my EB8's are blinking green.

There must be something wrong with the base unit. Please help to resolve this quickly - I have a huge investment of SPS corals in this tank.

ps: I even tried plugging in the 12v power into it, and that had no effect.

I'll keep this thread updated with what happens. Right now, I have all control re-routed to an old Aquacontroller Jr.

Power has been off on the Apex base unit for 24 hrs, plugged the power back in, still a brick.

Hopefully, someone at Neptune Systems can help.

Following up,
Apex base module was returned to Neptune Systems, repaired and returned back to me.
It works great now and I'm very pleased with the speed at which they got the unit back to me. Customer service is top notch.
