Apex has gone crazy...

There was a power outage today and when I finally got home to the tank my apex has done some weird stuff... All the outlets I had programmed have changed or defaulted to a different set up. When I log onto the unit online it shows everything is normal, but when I go onto the physical display everything has changed...

atinics wont come on, vortechs keep kicking on and then off, halides keep turning on then off, tunze wont stay on. very bizarre.

please help if you have ever dealt with this or have suggestions

Could it have had a power surge and it caused the apex to now malfunction?

its plugged into a great surge protector so I don't think that is it - it really has just changed all of the programmed outlets

Has the surge protector ever responded to a surge before? I was advised by an electrician a while back that once a surge protector has been engaged it won't perform the same after. I'm only repeating what I was told. I have no firsthand knowledge.

i think it has to do with your program and your fallback setup..

Try to replug it in to see if it starts working properly. If your outlets are still missing afterwards you'll have to restore the data from your configuration backup.

So I ended up having to reset the apex. And spent the last couple of hours re-writing the programs/code. Note to all those APEXers out there it's a good idea to save your configurations...
