Apex jr problems

Anyone here good with technical networking stuff? I'm trying to setup my apex so I can access it from outside my home network. I can't figure out how to setup port fowarding on my wireless router(Verizon). This kinda thing is just beyond my comfort zone. I can login to my router and find my bridge(wnce2001) but not sure what is what after that. Oh yea, and I have no idea how to setup email/text alerts either. Any help is appreciated.

Try calling them again. They are very helpful whenever i had problems with my controller.
