Apex location

So I have room to mount my apex inside the stand or should I mount it on the back and run the cables into the stand? wasn't sure with the humidity in the stand would effect it at all?

On a side note I finished the painting and trim of my stand finally

I like to display the controller, head unit, and modules because they look cool (blinking lights and such) but the EB8 I hide so I don't have to look at all the non matching cords plugged in.

I have them both inside the stand and outside the stand. The ones that are outside of the stand are not connected to the stand. I would not like to have a splash and have water run down and into/onto the apex and apex stuffs.

If you don't have fans over your sump you shouldn't be okay with putting it in the stand. Mine is inside the stand and my evaporation fans are in the canopy. I do have an exhaust fan in the stand just to make sure some air is moving into it for the skimmer to have fresh air. This probably helps with the humidity in the stand also.

Given the look of the room surrounding the aquarium, I'd consider inside, unless you want to make a sleek display to show off your modules and stuff.
