Apex programming for DIY LEDs

I did a DIY LEDs from Rapid Led and was wondering how to program it to work with the apex maybe do some kool sunrise and sunset effect this is what I have got it from another led site can someone plz let me know what is good or bad and maybe what I need to do :

Fallback Off
Set Off
If Time 0600 to 0800 Then PF1
If Time 0800 to 1900 Then On
If Time 1900 to 2100 Then PF2
