Apex Site Responding Very Slowly

I've only had my Apex for 3 days, so I'm still setting things up. But last night and today the apex server is responding so slowly, I can hardly get on it to set things up, once I'm on it's taking several minutes to change pages. Is it my connection, or are others having issues?
 
We need some more information:

What browser and version are you using (i.e Firefox 3.5 or IE 8, etc.)?
What firmware version is your Apex running (look at the bottom of the Module Setup page or the top of any of the XML reports)?
Do you have a hard-wired or wireless connection between your router and Apex?

The short answer is it should not be that slow.
 
I guess I didn't understand the original issue. Was this a problem with remote access performance where you were accessing it from the web? Or, was this some sort of email issue?
