El Conquistidor
When I was looking at controllers, having NO IDEA what I wanted/needed/expected (I'm new to everything), I asked these same questions to Neptune and Digital Aquatics, and had many follow up questions.
The feature list was quite similar, and I felt that either would be a good choice. I was leaning towards the Apex, and what really sealed the deal was that my questions were answered far quicker and in far greater detail by Apex over DA.
Customer service is absolutely key for me, and I'm willing to pay more for it (not that the Apex was more expensive, just saying), and Neptune really delivers in that department. I'm quite happy with my choice. However, what I DON'T do is go to their forum and badmouth their product because I have an Apex.
I see a LOT of RKE customers here talking smack about the Apex. Don't like it? Great! Glad you didn't buy it! Now head on over to the DA forum and have fun with your own kind. No need to stay here and be irritating while people are trying to get questions answered.
