Not much to report. Things are going pretty slowly, because I've been so busy at work. This darn good weather. Looks like that's changing, so maybe I'll get started pretty soon.
The new tank has fhad fish and live rock in it for several weeks now and is getting regular water changes from my shallow tank.
The old tank is doing great right now, which on one hand makes me want to not disturb it with the move. But, on the other hand, it's probably a pretty good time to do it because everything is so healthy.
If it rains tomorrow, maybe I'll try to get a few pictures.

Well, the rain (and WIND) would typically be good for my hobby-time-allocation:rollface:, if it weren't for the fact that the power was knocked out on Sat and just restored in the middle of last night. I had a few problems with my generator and numerous sleepless hours, so I'm not quite as footloose and francy-free(my dad would have liked that reference) as I would prefer. One thing I will probably be doing, on top of everything else, is looking at new generators...maybe a Honda this time.
I did get a few pics of some corals early in the weekend and posted on another forum. So, I will try to put a few up later today. But first, it is sunny, so I am going out to take care of a few issues with my real job:deadhorse1:

Whatever brand generator you go with make sure it has a plastic gas tank not a metal one. I've only got good stuff to say about my troy-bilt. Fires on the 1st or 2nd pull pretty much anytime I try

I plan eventually to buy a propane generator. This way I do not have to worry about long-term storage of gasoline (as long as I don't use that propane tank for my BBQ).

I have a 2kw Honda that works great for backing up the tank. Also portable enough to take camping. Camping world had the best price when I was shopping.

It's my understanding that they don't make propane generators, but they/some can be modified. We are on electric/propane out here, so that would make sense for me too.

Thanks Anthony, but most of those last shots are top-downs and should actually be easier once I have a little more water above the tops of some of the colonies. I keep knocking branches off of corals with the Avast portal.

Hey Sahin,
I have been so busy since the transfer that I have not posted at all. Now that it is finally winterish, I will hopefully have a little more time.
The transfer from the 40g. to a 93g. cube went okay, but I did loose a few things. Since then I have cultured every type of algae known to man in abundance. The major problem was that I have spent so little time on maintenance.
This is a pic from a few months ago.
This last week I did some cleaning and cutting and will hopefully get a few pics to update this thread further soon. Until then I plan on offering up a few frag packs and several pieces of equipment I am no longer using.
