Just to let everyone know I will be hosting the April 9th meeting. I believe we are to meet around 6ish.

I live in Campbell and the address is 104 Regent St. Campbell OH. 44405. Not a real tough place to find, just use mapquest or some other site to get directions and you should have no problem. If anyone has any questions they can call me on my cell 330 506 7656.

He's probably cleaning his tank and can't get to the computer (or hungover). I'm off subject here but I need to borrow/buy/trade that little pump of yours I used at the frag swap if possible. I need it to feed my calc reactor. Also looking for a PH meter?

anyone have new bulbs for a 175watt mh? i need 2 new bubls quick havent been around and noticed my tank is in need of new bulbs bad.. my coraline is starting to go south and some of my sps are browning up.. thanks

Sorry folks, unfortunately I had a very sick wife on my hands Sunday and wasn't able to get away. I hope this didn't screw up everyones plans and we'll make every effort to put a meeting together soon. I'm very busy at work leaving little time to organize much but I'll do what I can when I have time. Thankxs and again sorry for any inconvenience.

Sorry, I been pretty busy. I been working every bit of overtime possable (12hrs a day--6 dayd a week). On top of that a lot of family stuff and working on a house my dad and I are preping for resale. Nothing new in the 29 except a switch from PC's to MH. I do have to admit that I got tired of not haveing the time to drill my 125 as a group and felt I needed to make some progress. So last week I did my BH holes myself with a dremel and a rotozip bit. I appoligize to anyone who really wanted to see this. However, I still need to cut the slots for the external overflow boxes. Time has been a real PITA to get. So when I see a little I need to jump on it. I'm gonna be selling all my softies and LPS soon to switch the 29 to sps. My cousine is supposed to come down next week as I promissed him the first pickins. However, I'll post whats left after that.

Bad time for me too... I'm just too busy to get anything done after work other than a beer and a coma..... In my business you gotta make hay while the sun shines tho, there's all but zero work for Mechanical Engineers so I reinvent myself to do 100 other things. If the economy getsa ny worse around here we'll all be moving to find work!

I'm thinking of moveing soon myself. I haf a friend down in Florida who's in the MTG business, and it's boomin down there right now.
Let's see average loan size in our area is 50k - 80k. In Florida, the average loan size is roughly 250k. What number would you like your commission check coming out of? The other incentive is that in Ohio, loan officers make 50% of what they charge to do the loan with the Broker getting the other 50%. In Florida, most loan officers make close to 80% with the brokers getting the remainder. Not to mention the real estate market is boomin too. Plus, sunshine and hot tanned chicks running around with bikinies on....

Don't forget about the cost of living difference (you have to pay the tax burden for all the old farts, illegals, and unemployed crackheads and methe huffers). but any area with a non-negative economy beats this hole for sure.

Well I went to a couple areas last year where the cost of living wasn't too bad. Hell, the chicks alone is enough to get me hyped. I was also looking into the Carolinas. I'm Puerto Rican man. I need some kind of ocean action going on.

I say the same thing, my family moved to florida and I stayed here. What was I thinking with that ( o yea i was 18 and wanted a bachelor pad d'oh) now at 22 and much wiser I charge girls when they come over :lol:
