April CARC Meeting

March CARC was a great meeting!!! It was so nice putting faces with names and learning new tricks of the trade! I hope everyone can attend April's CARC. It will be hosted at my place in Trussville. I will give out my address and directions closer to time. Everyone seemed to like a Sunday meeting rather then Saturday so I think it would be great to stick with that. Now, the date...I'm thinking April 19 or April 26. What are your thoughts?

I don't know if I'll be able to make it to this one, we'll see... but just food for thought - the frag swap in Montgomery is the 25th, so you may want to avoid the 26th for that very reason....

Good point! Hmmm....What do you think about keeping it on Sunday after the swap so maybe frags could be brought to the meeting. Maybe some of our members are looking for something special, but can't make the swap. The members that can attend the swap in Montgomery can bring the frags that their friends want to the CARC meeting the next day. Does that make sense? What are thoughts on this idea?

2:00 seemed to have worked well for the past 2 meetings. Opinions?

Brandon, I bet if you ask Paul sweetly, he would pick up some frags for you. Just call him schmookie...

2:00 works for me. Depending on what my funds look like that weekend, I might trey and get someone to pick up a couple of things for me at the Montgomery swap.

Okay! So I've been looking at the posts and pics for the montgomery swap and all I can say is that I'm super excited. So, now that we are getting closer to next weekend I thought it would be a good idea for us to arrange a "swap" of our own. Those going to Montgomery verses those who can't go, but can make the CARC meeting. Two (maybe 3 or 4) questions:Who is going to montgomery? Who is going to CARC meeting? Who is going to both?

The girls have soccer Saturday so I cant make the market but will be at the meeting. If someone picks up any cool zoas or have any extra I would be happy to pay you for them.
