Mikeyjer, My fish load has varied over the past 6 months a lot so I dunno the answer. I would guess a bag the thickness I would make would be equivalent to about 2.5-3 cards of the cube stuff......and dependes on how heavy you feed and how often
I got today.....
*2 lbs of myasis
*1 lb of enriched brine
*1 lb of krill (we can leave some bigger hunks if anyone getting food had larger carnivors or some type of bottom dwellers) The smaller from of krill is called "plankton", I learned that today.
*8 oz squidd
*8oz cuttle fish (have no idea if we can add this yet but it looked good today at the asian food store!
*4 oz salmon I personally would like to add a little oily fish for vitamins but can chop mine and add to mix later.
*1lb shrimp
*seaweed sheets
*cyclopeez
*veggie pellets
*garlic
*liquid vitamins and amino acids
*? Ciklid chow? from nashvegas?
If anyone wants to add stuff just LMK
This should make a huge pot of yummy and stinky food. I will slow thawed and have it all rinsed by Sat. to blend and distribute. We will have to just see how many bags we end up with and divide the $ per bag cost to be fair. I will have a list of my expenses. I can keep a lot or a llittle as long as I have about 6 bags.
I feed veggie flake or reef plus flake in the AM and this meaty blend at night for a little for everyones health. I am not planning any added coral only food like liquid snow just for cost reasons. I will add ample amounts of freeze dried cyclopeez for coral food if that sounds fine. You can stir in a ingrediant easy enouph at home if you would like before freezing!
