Just a thought But Meetings are supposed to be held the Second weekend of the month or there abouts, Other wise It's 6 weeks between meetings or we will have another in 2 weeks or so!

More people might be able to come if it were the weekend of the 16th-17th instead of the last weekend. Several people have said they would be out of town or working. I'm good with any weekend.

I think that is up to Jay, since he's hosting. The MTRC web site says its Apr 30 "tentatively".

i also dont see anything that says the meetings must be the second week of the month but im sure i missed it somewhere, but if this is something we need to follow, we have to start somewhere. what doesnt need to happen is trying to figure out who can and cant make certain dates because we will never come up with a date that fits everyones schedule. i was just trying to have a meeting that wasnt 2 weeks behind the previous one.

Good point. For some reason, I was thinking the last meeting was two weeks ago, not last week. I'm working too may hours - I lost a whole week! LOL

As long as I have been in the Club It seemed that meetings were on the second or third weekend of the month Never the end of the month. I am not sure this is anything that was written or not? Maybe just the way it was done.

well it sure wasnt that way with the last body lol no offence,i have no problem with having a set week of every month...actually that would settle alot of the hassle of setting up dates and junk and bill has a place that will supposedly host us at any time we need which would cover any members places that just wont jell with the date for whatever reason

I actually have Two Places now which include my house any time it's needed.
The reasoning for a set time frame is so we do not have meeting Back to Back so to speak. If one meeting takes place on the last day of the month and the next person had theirs scheluded for the 15th it would get old real quick as people have other things to do on weekends other than go to club meetings JMHO

im still planning on having it on Saturday, April 30th from 11:00AM - 3:00PM
Lets start getting a head count of who will be there from this post.
We can cook hotdogs on the grill and all the fixins' i will supply the hotdogs if everyone else wants to bring whatever. start a list so we dont have to many buns...

Mel and myself will attend, We will also get some reffle prizes put together so we make it worth a visit or for New people to Join the Club.
We also need to choose a few topics or Demo's to set up equipment, How to use Testers we now have for Member use Etc, Etc, Etc...
