April meeting

Um, I drew the short straw last night and now have Dad duty saturday afternoon. I will try really hard to make it, but that falls pretty close to nappy time.

Might make it easier if I knew if you had a Nemo or not...? Thanks to my wife, my hobby has been oversimplified to Nemo as far as Miss Rebecca is concerned. at 16 months old she knew who Nemo was and can recognize one at 50 feet.

Bryan,
How far are you from St. Philip the Apostle Church on Victoria Street?
My wife and I are attending a wedding there on Sat. at 2 p.m.
I am thinking maybe we could attend the meeting for a little bit, check out your tank and still make the wedding.

Any good fish places to check out beforehand?

You could probably come to the meeting for the first 30 minutes and still get to church on time. I live about 20 minutes from the church.

If you want to check out fish Aquatic Imports is pretty close to the church they open at noon. From the church take Main street west to Clay st turn left go to stop sign and turn left on Pine st. turn in the driveway by the Aisan grocery store and it is the first building on the left. might be a good place to stop between the ceremony and the dinner.

Unfortunately I have to cancel due to unforseen schedule changes.

Sorry for the late cancellation and I hope to see you all at the next meeting.

Sorry I did not make it as I was hoping to do, my wife for some reason thought that if I attended the meeting I would somehow not make the wedding (I don't know where she comes up with these theories).
I did however make it to two stores in GB. They were like night and day. I don't want to bash here so all I will say is that I preferred Aquatic Imports on Pine Street. I really wanted a Sohal Tang they had but I was told it was not for sale. They also had some really good sized fish there, very nicely sized Clown Trigger.
The Bulldog was funny also.
Also hit up Bersteins Candy for a chocolate fix!
See you all at the May meeting for sure.

The sohal and the purple tang are his. He had them since he started he business.

Do you know is his name Jeff? He sounded very familiar like this guy that used to work at a store in Milwaukee (Hoffers). I would have asked him but it did not dawn on me till after I had left. No matter what, he is a nice guy from my experience with him.
