i really like 'fewskillz' ... the aquascaping is nice and open and interesting .. i wonder if its stacked against the back wall tho or if they really are balanced ... if they are balanced and secure .. that's hot! .... what lights?

Best one yet, just wish it had more corals. The rock work though is very cool for such a small tank. Its hard to do this kind of rock work in this small a tank and have it look as convincing as you have it.

The others are nice, but they look like a bunch of corals placed anywhere on the rocks, with little thought about contrast.

Thanks 10" Red Devil!

I actually do have a few more corals since this pic was taken. And there are 3 feather dusters not opened in this pic. I will try to get a better pic tonight, and post this weekend :)

I would recommend taking a pic without the flash and only with the tank lights on at night.

I would be getting in on this but I won't get a new camera until my anniversary in May and I'm having a little hair algae problem.
But in May/June you guys better look out...

Here is my entry. The total system capacity is 50 gallons; 30 gallon display, 15 gallon display-fuge and a 5 gallon sump. The main tank is a modded AGA standard 30 gallon. It has been setup for a little over two years now, and I am proud to say that I have grown a huge chunk of the live stock from tiny frags or individual polyps.

Enjoy,
Jay

Nice looking tanks so far everybody!!

Hey EZ, here's my tank. Here's my 30 gal. mod; it has 25 gal. of display and a false wall with 5 gal. for a sump. The corals aren't rare, but I really love taking care of it and looking at it. The idea was to keep the setup simple and everything happy; thus, the corals aren't SPS (not that I'm not tempted to start an SPS tank though...more time and reading. :) ) Anyway, it's skimmerless, and only has a pump, heater, and light. Everything is done with WC's and biological filtration. Thanks for reading and looking! Great tanks by the way! :)

P.S. My candycane coral was sick when I rescued it from the LFS, so please don't judge me by that! :) The reef has been there since March '06.

All stacked and balanced, nothing is touching the back. It took me 5 or 6 hours to get it stacked so that it won't fall. In 3 weeks I have to try to do it again because we're moving out of the apartment. It's a coralife 192w power compact with an actinic and a 50/50. I prefer the blue look, but it's still plenty of light for the softies. Thanks for the compliments.

My 37 gallon

My 37 gallon

I guess I'll throw mine in the mix as well. It's a 37 gallon oceanic with a 10 gallon sump. Been running since aug/sept of 06'.
