Forget all that, I have been using Cyanoacrylate glue its the best method IMO, no down time and won't kill the rock. I have use other method in the past, Aptasia-X only effective temporary and they come back strong or multiply. The treatment splinter the treated area and powerhead blow it to other area so not a good solution, you ended buying more treatment good for the vendor.
The glue method is easy but it required your rock work to be more flexible. I reworked and all of the rock for easy removal for treatment. Aptasia or Majono do not come back with glue, its seals the parts in, jab Aptasia or Majano to get them pop the glue reacts to the water and form a bubble so the fragment do not contaminate the tank.
