Aptasia?

Got a lot of white tentacles in the tank, they seem to be from worms but now thinking aptasia. What do you think? If it is how to get rid?

I don’t see aptasia in the tank, at least none that look like my 200 specimens. Not sure about the white filmy strands.

Thanks, they seem to be worms in the rock but not sure what they are. Definitely seem to have multiplied.
