I am ready to buy a new skimmer. I have a Red Sea Prizm HOB Skimmer that has been ok but quite honestly way more trouble than its worth. And I was never very pleased with its performance. Anyways I am now ready to upgrade but I am torn between the AquaC Remora Protein Skimmer With MaxiJet 1200 Pump or the Coralife Super Skimmer Needle Wheel Protein Skimmer. I know several people that swear by the Remora but I have a few that say I should go with the Coralife. Are there any advantages of one over the other? This will be used in my new 75gal tank. Any opinions or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
