Aqua Cave makes me happier than other major online retailers because:
1. When AC has a sale, the x% comes off the purchase price rather than in the form of a store credit toward future purchases.
2. When there is an issue/question/problem with an order, AC will call me to discuss it.
3. When I contact AC with a question/issue, a decision maker responds in less time than it takes for the local take-out place to deliver Hunan Chicken, and he is amazingly responsive/flexible. So while I will still go to BRS for bulk chemical supplies, it’s AC for anything that it stocks.
