I ordered my aqua control 2 from MD about 1 year ago but I used it around two month now. MY temperature and orp set got problems. For the temperature it suddenly jump up to 430c after I calibration my PH probe. I tried to calibration few times after that but still had some mistake and this moening I found out it stop. I tried to take out my PH probe tested in other space but still not working in the correct level. About the ORP. It didn't show the correct number after I calibration it. Should I need to sent the machine and these probes to your company to double check to see which part is broken? Thank you. By the way I live in TAIWAN.

Has the system ever worked correctly?

With the pH and ORP probes disconnected, does the temperature read correctly?

If the probes are 1+ years old and dried out during storage, I would say they are both bad.

Yes, Temperature worked good before I calibration PH probe three days ago. Everything looks fine so I feel strange. I also forget to mention Ph also not work correct when I plug it into ca reacter. Anyway, Temperature and Ph might broke. I am not so sure about ORP. I think I need to sent aqua control 2, Temperature and ORP probe to the comapny to find out what's going on. What do you think? Any charge for this ? Thank you

Do you have serial cable plugged into the controller? If so a ground loop may be causing the problem. Do you have another pH or ORP meter that you can test the probes with? Maybe a friends?

I don't really understand what's the serial cable meaning. I guess is it sensor extender cord. If yes. I did. I need to put it a little far so I need to use extender cord. I tried not to use it but the temperature still go wrong. After I tested Ph. I think it 's fine at moment. I can't do anything with ORP because nobody use ORP,
I am planing to sent aqua control 2, temperarure and ORP to the company. I need to know is it charge any cost because I only use two month. My relative will go to state 16 December and my friend will come back before 25 December. Do you think it's enough time for you. If no problem. it will help me save some money. Thank you for your help.

When you calibrate the pH probe what values are displayed at the bottom of the screen in each of the calibration solutions? With the controller in the run display does the controller read the 7.0 and 10.0 calibration solutions correctly? What value does the temperature read when the probe is unplugged?

@1 : I don't know what values are displayed .
@2 : Yes, It read correctly.
@3 : I can't see any data from the machine now. I am not very familiar with this computer. It might broker or I did some wrong steps. I am sure for the temperature was broken. My opinion is,
sent it to the company to see what's wrong. Thank you

Please tell me where is the company address and who should I sent it to. Does it charge any cost ? Because other comapny didn't charge any cost when I replace something. Last time I got ORP problem with my aquacontrol 2 but you think the machine was fine. When I had my aquacontrol 2 back.
It's got the same problem. The number always showed under 50.

After one month. The temperature and Ph also got wrong. I was thinking my probes might had problem. Two days ago. My cousin came back Taiwan and I asked him to brough new ph. orp and temperature probes to me. When I calibration temperature. It showed okay most of time but sometimes not correct. The number got crazy.

When I calibration Ph first time. The screen show the ph from 12. ... to 8.... It jumped all the time. i tried to calibration again. Machine still had same problem. Yesterday I bought new calibration fluid but I couldn't calibration ph. It couldn't reach 7 and 10. It only can reached 4 and 8. I have no idea what't going on.

About the orp. Still have same problem. But when I calibration twice. it can reach 200 but the data still show wrong.

I am thinking to get control 3 but it's bigger than control 2. I don't have space for it. I have give up it. Do you think you can fix
my control2. If not. I have to sell all the things and change another brand otherwise I don't have any big space for Neptune equipment. Let me know what's the best way to me. Thank you for your help.

I got the AC3 size from MD shop. 10.16cm x 19.05cm x 2.794cm
Is this correct because it 's bigger than AC2? I already sent the mail and please check what can I do. My cousin will go back U.S
