Aqua controller JR. connect to PC?

Ok I am having trouble connecting my AQ Jr to my desktop. I understand I could buy the mini 8 to serial plug from neptune and hard wire my controller to my PC. This however would require 20'+ of cable running though my apartment...not gunna happen.

So question is, how do I make it a wireless connection? I have been told to get a Neptune systems mini 8 to modem cable and plug that into a wireless router? and my computer will see it?

Im computer dumb so I could use help here.

The best wireless solution for acjr is to use a bluetooth to serial adapter. you will still need the serial cable from neptune, but you plug the bluetooth to serial adapter to it. Then it links to your computer via bluetooth and will show up in your computer as a serial com port that you can access with aquanotes or my software. I have a short write up in my website on how I setup the bluetooth link.
