Aqua Notes settings question

the program is connecting but cant log in, the setting in the configuration tab are:
ip address my dyndys address
admin
password
at the bottom it says
active site direct to pc reef tank connects then log in failed
I can go to a web page type in the address log in with name and password and it connects ive tried port 80 and port 23 is there another setting i need to set

Be sure that the serial number is set correctly. Aquanotes uses telnet to log in but verifies the connection using the s/n (not sure why as the connection itself doesn't need the s/n but that is just the way Aquanotes works.

I'll check that, is there only the one screen you need to enter info i notice there is another tab under config- options that has TC/TCIP

There are (technically) 2 places to configure a tank; Database->Tank Database and on the same screen there are also settings on the 'Config tab'.
