Aquabacs' Cadlights Artisan 50 Azooxanthellae Tank build

Thank you, It gives the aquarium an entirely different presentation with the mystery purple lamp. The lamp isn't for everyone, it is either you love it or hate it.

Well off to the shark reef at Mandalay Bay.

I am humbled...the thread broke 30k in views today. I wanted to thank everyone that has viewed my aquarium's journey.

On a different note, checked in with my fish sitter. Everything seems to be well. I can be neurotic at times so I made them send me pictures of my sump/skimmer, autofeeders, and aquarium. Price to pay to get paid to watch my aquarium and drink my beer.

Thank you. I would like to keep everything as transparent as possible. Inorder to help improve the process of keeping non-photosynthetic corals, it is something that is needed. Each of us has failures and successes. As long as we learn from each there can be advancement in our hobby.

Been there, done that! When people know I'm going to go out of town they run for the hills, of course, until the mention of being paid and free delicious home-brew come up ;)

Congrats on 30K + Mike!

Thanks Gresham. I went in optimistically but should have known better. I will say this, the filtration system for the dolphins at Mirage looked very well maintained.

Thanks Austin. Micro brew/home brew rocks! It works on almost everyone. Also thanks for the mention to Ian ;)

Vacation is coming to an end and get to see my aquarium again. I get to see how well my fish sitter did. Receive a message today and made a final decision on what controller that will used. It will be...

The summer edition of Reefs Magazine is available. Randy and crew did a amazing job with this content heavy issue. Stop by and check it out. You might even find an article on crinoids over there ;)

This video has been out for a few months but not sure how many people have had a chance to view it. There are a few scenes that should really get your non-photosynthetic juices flowing, you might even see a crinoid or two if you look closely. To watch it in HD, it has to be viewed on vimeo's site and make sure you watch it in full screen ;)
