aquacave completely sucks

bought a skimmer there, they charged me the wrong price, had a bad impeller so they told me to send it back. i paid for shipping to send it back with priortiy. the pump sat at their warehouse for 8 days without notice. took me many attempts to get a hold of them and they didn't call back to give a status update. had to call them again to see what was all going on. they replaced the impeller then sent it back to me. i asked how they shipped it, and they said priority. it was ground! 6days later before i get the pump back. after two weeks of anticipation, i finnaly get to see how the skimmer is doing. but not yet because i have to go pick it up at in cleveland tomarrow from ups.

i will never buy from these morons again!

AAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!! That does suck! You pay good money and expect to be treated with due respect. But, alas, we're only good while the money lasts! At least you (hopefully) ended up OK, though a little jaded.

I also had a similar issue with them and will not order from them again. Now I really try to keep my business in this state, so I can make the same statement as woowoodengy.
I love my LFS!!!!!
