Aquaforest Advice Needed

So, I want to start using the aquaforest system for my sps tank. I'll have everything hooked up to dosing pumps. My question is...

Is it better to just use the pre made Components 1+2+3+, or to dose all of the elements separate? There a lot!

from what I understand the 3 part has all those individual elements that you would dose individually, correct?


What is everyone doing that is having success with aquaforest?

Ok so the Components are Ca, alk, Mg plus trace elements. Aquaforest has three options to do this:, and Components 1+2+3+ is the "all in three" version. On top of that you can dose NP Pro and Pro Bio S for carbon dosing and bacteria. Then there are the "food" type additives which are Amino Mix, Build, Vitality, and Energy (previously known as Coral A, B, V, and E). You can only put the Components and NP Pro on dosers.

I started dosing pre made 1,2,3 but as my consumption started to grow up, i decided to go for the self made version (kh buffer, ca, mg and components strong). It is the same and cheaper. The inconvenient is that you have to prepare the additives.
