When we have multiple purchase orders pending with the same vendor for the same product, our site will display the ETA of the last PO rather than the first.
I've got a request into our buyers to get a more accurate ETA for you, so I'll follow up (hopefully this afternoon) when I hear back, but in the meantime... it APPEARS we will get a shipment next Friday and another in late June. However, please give me an opportunity to verify this for you.

I heard back from our buyers and indeed the ETA is next Friday, although we haven't received a confirmation of how many units are in the shipment, which is evidently we why stopped accepting backorders for the moment.
We should have a better idea of what's en route mid next week if you want to follow up!

Hi Timmy03. I suspect the ETA for the HOB-1's is going to be pushed back. I check yesterday and while we know we have shipments of several AquaMaxx skimmer models in transit (or soon to be), we don't yet know if everything we've ordered is going to be within the next shipment until we get a manifest from the manufacturer. Usually we get precisely what we asked for, but there have been instances where we did not receive the full order in a single shipment.
These new skimmers are something that's been in development for quite some time"”they sent us a demo unit to critique months ago. The new HOB-XC skimmers will be shipped separately so they may even arrive before the older models.
I realize this isn't exactly the most positive update, so please accept my sincere apology for the delay. Our buyers know shoppers are chomping at the bits to get their backordered skimmers, so I'll be sure to follow up once I hear something more concrete in terms of the quantity of the shipment and the arrival date. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for Friday!
