AquaPod arrived broken:( .. Kuddos to Jason

I just got off the phone with Jason over at Marine Depot. I wanted to let you guys know he handled the call very well, very polite and professional!

I'm getting sent a replacement AP, hopefully UPS doesn't destroy this one as well :(

Well I received my replacement AP12. UPS didn't managed to break this one, but it came with a bunch of scratches on the left side inside glass, very noticeable:(
just my luck, hopefully it doesn't cause structural problems with the tank :( :( :(
 
How do I go about getting a replacement for the AquaPod? I called CurrentUSA to tell them about the scratches and ask for a replacement, but they said to call place I purchased the tank from.

I was trying to see If i could aquascape around the scratches, but they are very noticeable and stick out like a sore thumb :(
 
here is the best pic i could get of the scratches , there are some smaller ones besides the main ones you can see, i just couldnt get them to come out in the pic.

I just got off the phone with Gido , and apparently since I placed water in the tank you will not accept this as a return. This is ridicules and totally unacceptable. I'm going to try to take up the issue with current-usa, but if it does not get resolved I will inform my CC company that you sold me damaged merchandise, and are not accepting it as return.

FYI: I have spent thousands of dollars with your company, this just might be the last order i place with you.

Unfortunately this aquarium system is no longer available we are also unable to take this item back from you since the aquarium is now filled with water and rocks. Credit accepted I guess since Current no longer has any more Aquapods. PM Sent

I just hope the tank does not crack due to the scratch.

Thanks for the reply, the 35$ store credit is in place and available for you to use. When you place your next order just mention in the order comments field that you have a store credit on file. My accounting team will take care of it from there.

The cosmetic scratches on the tank should not affect the structural integrity of the aquarium.
