I normally don't post on here just read all the great information to make my life a little easier and better.
You know what doesn't? Aquarium Creations Online. Decided to do an order from them. I've bought from several LFSs and Live Aquaria. Decided to try them out.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS.
I ordered back on August 14th. Yep, even was willing to wait the "œpossible 5 weeks". Hey I thought they were being extra extra responsible. Never an email, phone call, nothing the whole time. Finally after 5 weeks I sent emails, left messages, multiple times doing both to cancel my order and refund my money ($182). Not a word from these people. No action. Finally, filed a complaint with PayPal to try to get my money back. Hopefully that works.
I can't believe such places can stay in business.

Hope others find your post. Similar experience. Even when you get them on the phone, they lie to you. Jason and Tom. And there's always some kind of excuse. But at this point, it's been since May. You would think they could figure out how to ship by now. Just tell me the truth: You are taking my money, and never responding honestly. See how easy that is?

Thanks for posting this. I have their site bookmarked, but I haven't ordered from them. I found that their shipping charge is about double the cost of other online venders.

I will now remove them from my list. Sorry for your troubles.
