Aquarium Log Sheet

I was using the log on windows8 and now they want me to pay 9.99 a month or like 100$ a year for excel or office. is there a free version?

Thanks for this. I made one but not as comprehensive as yours. Thanks for sharing.

My pleasure, thanks for the positive comment.

Thank you!

Now is there an App for that....?

You're welcome, we have been working on an app on and off for a little bit, it's a side project that gets sidelined a lot. I'll be posting any news about the app in this thread.

I would like a copy as well sean dcnautilus@verizon.net

You can download yourself a copy by clicking the huge blue link at the end of my posts.

You can download open office and use the open office version.

Open office version for those that do not have excel. The sheet loses macro functionality (click-able buttons for auto archive, etc.) in open office, but the other features still work.

I will like to make a suggestion.

Probablly it is a good idea to permit the cell of PH use 3 decimals (78.8) instead of 2 for us using exact numbers with digital equipment for comparing instead of rounding to the nearest point.

By the way if it is not possible, this is a GREAT log. Tanks...

It's definitely possible, I would just have to do a lot of recoding on the conditional formatting. I'm not sure it's a feature many folks would find very useful, however, if there is a demand for it I can accommodate.

Hello,
I tried to click that link and its not wokring.

Can you ploease email the excel file to billy.gladky@gmail.com

Thank you so much

I just checked the link and it's working. I don't email it out anymore.

I tried the open office and it to will not work on windows 8 without paying for it

I don't have a copy of windows 8 to test with, but I'm sure open office should be free on it as well. I'm sorry but I don't have another solution for you. Hopefully at some point we'll get back to working on the stand alone software and app, I'll keep you all informed.

Sean, Got the Log Sheet and it's great! Any chance of getting the info to unprotect the equipment tracking and parameters?

I tried using it but keeps giving me Macro errors. Can I use it with Office 2010?

What is the difference with your two links?

Sean - disregard I now see the last post. Should have gone there first. Thanks for making it available!

My pleasure.

Awesome sheet! Thank you!

I'm glad it working out for you.

I'd like to see what kind of errors you're getting, it may be a reference issue with Visual Basic, please let me know(a screen shot would help). You can absolutely use it with office 2010.

Is there an App for this?

Is there an App for this?

This would make a great app in iTunes, especially if you could include a photo log!

This is excellent thank you! :)

My pleasure, in glad you like it.

I have had my brother help with creating an app, however, he is very busy with the upcoming release of his company's next game. Writing code for apps is not my forte, so I'll have to wait or find someone else to help. I'll keep you updated with any new information on app development.
