I am redoing the aquascape in my reef tank. Originally.I had 2 atolls in the tank; one on each side with sand in the middle of the tank. Now, I want to fill in the center with a wall of live rock. But I do not want to pile the rock on top of the sand.
I was thinking of making a PVC rack and forcing the legs through the sand to the bottom of the tank so that there is a good foundation to build the wall on.
Is there any other way to do this without removing the sand ?
