Hi all

Im currently having some dilemma's about aquascaping my tank. I have recently adding all of my LR, and ensured I have plenty of flow throuhg it all, but I'm not 100% happy with how it looks, so Im after idea's about what to do with it.

Good chance for you to show off your tanks

Try to create as many holes and crevices as possible for the fish. Wha gallon is that tank? if you browse the forums then you will find many great aquascapes. Good to see another UK reefer.

Right now you have a pile of rock. Try to get a variance in height. Maybe stack the rock in two piles, one higher than the other, leaving a nice channel for fish to swim in the middle. Also, I find that if you begin with a few smaller pieces on the bottom and bigger pieces next, you create tunnels and you get nice flow over the sand. It's always a matter of preference; just keep trying until you get something that pleases your artistic eye.

yea loose the Great Wall of Reef look.

There is a great thread in the DIY section to build and sculpt any structure our of egg crate and ( Great Stuff Foam).

I don't have the link but if someone wants to post it that would be grand,

No more Rock Walls, please.... just gets well in the words of Cosmo Kramer " soooo soooo old Jerry."

I like the column look as well. Here is my rocks, they aren't in a tank yet, but you can see how they are sitting. Since I am going bare bottom, I have little legs under them to allow flow under there as well. Basically it is big rock, three small rocks (tripod), big rock, 3 small rocks, big rock.
