Aquascaping opinions needed

My first thought also...

That's a lot of weight balanced on top, but I do like the lay-out.

All stack for now. I plan on doing some hidden epoxy while it is in place and after I settled on the aquascape.

I used feng shui in setting up my aqua scape... Basically you use an "s" shape and use the size of the stones to create movement with the eye.
My personal opinion is that it looks top heavy...

Looks very nice. I always staked my LR without any special adhesion technique or mechanical devices and even with a lot of weight it's fine as long as it balances right. You just have to wiggle it a bit to make sure it sets firm. The advantage of not bonding the rock together is that you get to re-arrange it easily whenever you want.
