My booster pump leaks.
Started during the winter months when the incoming water was really cold. Slow weep. Tightened down the screws the first time and that helped, but eventually started weeping again.
Worked fine through the summer, then started again when the water got cold. Tightening the screws again did not help, and problem did not resolve after I added a temperature loop to feed 70 degree water to the pump.
I'm thinking the outer rim of the diaphragm is what creates the seal between the motor and pump housing front cover.
Am I on the right track? Anybody have experience with how to remove the diaphragm?
