Viccap was refering to the time I met up with him at another store for some frags. If you dont know someone and you dont know what your talking about, keep your opinion to yourself...nobody cares. I dont think the fact that your good friends with an RC staff member and you try to get people kicked off is inspiring for a lot of the cmas members. Quit using RC to engage in battles and use it for what it is there for.

Who cares about fishes anyways. It's all about reef. Corals last longer than fish. If you want a fish just ask Sherwin or Noelle what certain fish you would like and they'll get it for you at a good price than most. Anyways this is Reef Central not Fish Central. If I own an aquatic store I rather supply mostly corals than fish. Corals are more in demand. I hate walking into a store that has more fish than corals.

To all others , it would be nice if we could all be honest and fair, and get along . But people try to work in their personal agendas, running around to stores wispering "buy from me" behind closed doors and on here pretending to be a simple hobiest. all Im saying is stop pretending to be something your not, and using this forum to do it.
And again with the NAME calling... that usually shows the imaturity that you keep accusing me of..
I have spent a LONG time building my system, and have met and talked to LOTS of people. All I see you doing is trying to make a quick buck.. not a real hobiest.. which makes you a comerical dealer, and should be baned.

Very well put and that's the exact reason. They could have sold fishes from those tanks and would die on anyone but they care to the fact that something was wrong and they need to resolve the problem before stocking more livestock.

I normally do not get involved in anything that is local to me and suspicious, but I gotta tell ya...You've been a member here for a grand total of 1 month and good percentage of your total post count has been promoting Aquatic Reef.
If you ask me...that is suspicious.
CMAS had a pretty good thing going when Fiberlux was the one posting LFS sales/deals. We knew it was coming from a non-biased source and also required club engagement to get that promotion. But making posts on here about "a new shipment" coming in just doesn't pass the smell test.

So if you have a business relationship with store x, but you don't directly make money off of store x's sales, but if store x does succeed, they buy more "stuff" from you. So coming in a promoting store x is what we would consider indirect commerce and a violation.

If thats the case, then half the people should be kicked off RC cause they are considered "private individuals" selling from their tanks and they promote stores all the time.
Im not trying to argue, but my post was for the same reason as everyone elses' post for a certain store...to share what they got...

Last time I checked this was the CMAS (Chicago land Marine Aquarium Society) which is a Reef Club. It’s getting a little tiring of individuals using this board to vent their personal issues with each other or promote things for their own good. I would think that this board should be for members to ask questions, sell used goods & frags and share store experiences. Lately is has not been used for some of these purposes. How about all of you trade your evil feeling for good and do something to benefit CMAS? Are you members (www.cmas.net)? I have only been a member for 1 year and I don’t recall seeing you at the meetings (fragswaps don’t count). How about using your knowledge or industry contacts to benefit the CMAS Club … just a thought. That’s my 2 cents and I’m off to do a water change!
