Reefgreener I think you have to send the unit to AO for repair/replacement. When a Firmware update is interrupted it leaves the unit essentialy Brain dead so in most cases it no longer knows how to accept any updates or even how to switch on. Some Hardware is made with a small backup programme that can be activated in such cases but I doubt that the Aquatronica has this feature since its very rare.
yup that happened to me... tell Ron and he can trouble shoot with you on the phone but i think you will have to send it back to AO and get another one.. thats what i ended up doing...
oh and one more thing.. i have the salinity probe but i have no idea how to interpret the reading.. i know that my tank is at 1.026( i have a refractometer) but how do i translate the number that the aqua is giving me to something that i can understand?
