I used to have one but two replacement controllers and two replacement power bars later and I'd had enough and bought a GHL Profilux instead. Aquatronica was easy enough to setup and use ( much easier than the profilux if you are using the front panel ) but the facty that I also had to find somewhere for all the adapter interfaces really bugged me as well. Just my .02 worth.
I've had an Aquatronica for a little more than 2 years now...
Love it. No major electrical, or electronic issues; except when I doused a pH module with saltwater, and shockingly, it stopped working. :eek2:
I do like the expandability, the company's desire to build what the users are asking for, and that they're somewhat receptive to allowing outside programming.
Overall; I rate it a 7.5 out of 10; I think the Elos controller is the end-all be-all, but it's also significantly more.
