Are all Pvc glues safe?

I need to glue together pvc for my refugium and i was wonder if all pvc glues were aquarium safe.

Yes, just let them cure properly. IME, the best is the "rain or shine" blue PVC cement as it is specifically made for drinking water and works even in wet conditions (putting pipes back together...as in "oops" sprung a leak! ).

Let them cure for a couple of hours and then just run some tap water or something through the pipes and you're good to go.
