Are bicolor blennies prone to ich?

hello reefers.
So I picked up a bi color sunday from the local shop and broke the cardinal rule (no QT!). watching him today I see one white spot on his dorsal. Am i being paranoid? no other spots and no itching behavior. not sure there is anything I can do at this point besides wait to see if it gets worse. any advice?

im setting up a QT now for future purchases.

Blennies are no more or no less prone to ich than other fish. Any fish can be affected by the parasite. Post a picture if you can.

Here is a pic. Now that I look at it I may have panicked.
