Find out why your Condy is moving, and correct the problem. Then you don't have to worry about it, as long as you give the anemone plenty of room to expand without touching corals. A Condy should remain in the same spot for years if conditions are good.
 
They move when water conditions or flow are not right, chech your water params, flow and your lights and find out what is making the nem move.
 
mine moved alot! it did not like the intense Halides. i got rid of it after it stung my colony on AOG zoas. lost about 7-9 quarter sized polyps
 
I have 2 condys, one rhodactis, several stone flowers, a couple of RBTA and a couple of corkscrew anemones all in one 75g hex tank under a 20k 250w MH and nobody moves. But there isn'r too much flow, maybe 10-15 turns per hour.
