Are Dual 96W PCs enough?

Are dual 96W PCs on a 50g enough light to make zoas thrive, and look good?

Good enough to keep them and grow. Look good is another question. T5 and MH seem to bring out the best color for me ..

I have the same wattage on my 40 and mine are fine. Obviously won't get quite the color or growth of MH, but it's fine. Here's a pic under this lighting.

They're very nice.

I was worried for a minute there, I really cant afford to upgrade lighting for a long time. Im just getting started with zoas. As long as they will be healthy, and have decent coloration Im happy!

ive noticed that in my tank (with Mh) and my freinds tank (with PC) that his zoos are generally darker while mines are much brighter

i think 96W over a 50 gallon will be okay to grow them but like elite said "look good is another question".
