are motor blocks replaced under warranty new or refurbshed

I have seen tunzes with motor block replaced under warranty being sold as "new". when tunze replaces the motor block under warranty, is it actually a brand new never used motor? or is it a refurbished one?
selling it as new implies it comes with a new two year warranty, but I doubt that is the case.

If the replacement is from an official Tunze distributor supporting the customer in that particular country you will have warranty. Otherwise Tunze does not offer warranty.

In general motors cannot be refurbished, they are sealed in polyurethane and cannot be opened or rewired so they are replaced. The warranty however is from the original date of purchase. If a motor was replaced free of charge on 12/11/10 for example on a pump made 09/09/09 the warranty ends 2 years from 09/09/09. It is not renewed by a replacement. Also, a new motor block is different from a new pump, a motor block is just the back electrical half of the pump, all other parts are generally not new.
