Are my LEDs good enough??

All of your corals are low light, also they have barely grown for being in your tank for a year (in about 4-6 months I would expect 50+ yellow polyps, 20+ palythoa, 10+ mushrooms, etc).

You can also see all the corals stretching as high as possible to get light, good sign of very poor lighting.

Those 165W full spectrum dimmable units are fine for soft corals and some easier LPS, but if you want to get quite a few LPS or SPS those won't suffice (I've been done there done that). The ones I had also disco'd quiet bad (you could see the reds and greens etc in patches in your tank). I took the lenses off because they were severely diminishing the output of the lights at the expense of some disco'ing.

I would recommend a branded unit such as Reef Breeders, Ocean Revive or Evergrow etc. The LEDs are of a higher quality and actually put out the right wavelengths, the cheap unbranded fixtures just throw on low quality LEDs (still can be branded LEDs but rejected by other manufacturers due to defects).

If you want to go the cheap-as-possible route with the 165W full dimmable led fixtures, they typically have 2 independent channels (one white one blue) with individual power cords; this allows you to turn on the blue channel first and the white channel later for a pseudo-ramping effect and pseudo early morning/moonlight lighting with simple cheap wall timers.

I'm will to spend up to 350pounds for something decent, I really don't like the look of those eBay kits,

That light looks like it will do well, other than the length. In order to cover the full length of the tank, you would need to raise it off the water a pretty good ways. This will limit the PAR and may render the light less effective. If you go with this light, you will need to place ONLY low light corals on the ends of the tank.

Better?

I think there any need to crank it up I don't have any high demanding corals yet so il just leave it at 60 for time being

You probably can get away with less than 70% for good unless you put alot of SP in the tank. Great choice on light though! Looks good!
