I've never heard that name for Lysiosquillina and I have no idea why he would use it. However, I have seen male Lysiosquillina maculata for sale. Sea Dwelling Creatures has sold several. You want to try to locate a "zebra" or "striped mantis" - at least 8 inches long. (It won't be that big, but the size impresses people and this is what gets them into the market.) L. maculata is found from Hawaii and Tahiti to East Africa, so they might show up in shipments from anywhere in the Indo-Pacific. They are commonly eaten, so a lot of the animals collected eny up in the pot.
