Are there pods that look like Mantis shrimp?

I found a couple of "things" today that I would like to find out what they likely are....
They are small, about the length of a baby seahorse just born and thin, dark.

They resemble a small moth that is sitting all folded up. At first I thought it was a broken off piece of gracillus macro and then it started to "flutter" with it's front legs....I guess like pep and cleaner shrimp do when they get food.

But, the front is short and the back is very long, and the back kind of sinks like it can't hold itself up completely. My first thought was it reminded me of a mantis....

Is this a type of pod maybe? isopod?

No pics, they are way small and cannot get anything beyond a blur.

Wow, great page chuck....it looks like it could be and anthurid isopod. Only, I didn't see feet under the body on mine. I only saw the front feet flutter.

I will go and take a closer look.

Edit: If it turns out to be an anthurid isopod, are they a danger to fish and such? The description says they are predatory....on zooplankton or to large livestock?

Thanks!
