Are these aiptasia/ something bad?

they kind of look like clove polyps of some sort... just want to make sure they're not bad!

Looks like some sort of octocoral. Not aiptasia or anything bad IMHO.

Branched tentacles. 8 tentacles around the mouth. Definition of octocoralia. This is some sort of a soft coral. I doubt it will grow fast enough to cause any problems.

It looks like the polyps on a gorg I got as a hitchhiker years ago. Never searched to see exactly what type it was, but I have about 15 off shoots of the original now and it grows pretty quick in my tank.
