Copepods are very small and some are almost impossible to see..
If you want to see copepods the best chance is at night turn off all pumps and shine a flashlight near the bottom of the tank allot should gather in the light.
Copepods usually now a days are very few in our tanks. We keep our tanks too clean for big populations of copedods because they feed on algae and detritus mainly. We also keep too many animals that eat them like wrasses, gobies, basslets etc.
Now what is this just found it in my tank when the lights were off. It looks like a snail but I haven't added any snails in my tank and this one doesn't have a shell. I watched it and it looked like it had a tube mouth that was sucking the glass when it put the tube on the glass.
