Picture and detail isn't clear enough, but most likely they are just common detrivore bristleworms. Just leave them in there.

Yes, they're fireworms. Like Travis said, they're harmless detritivores.

"Fireworm" is a common name for many worms. Yours appear to most likely be a harmless genera/species.
