are these ppe's?

i just bought a frag about 2 weeks ago, they have a green skirt and a green mouth with a small diamiter around the mouth, around the grrn diamiter the rest is purple. i payed about $1 per polyp for a 9 polyp frag. was this a good price? how fast do these grow?

are they fast growers? i also noticed a zoanthid polyp floating around the tank. i think my mantis may have done a little fraging.

Umm...what pic? From your discription ...your saying there is green somewhere besides the mouth and skirt?

if so then no...they are not PPE's.
