No they are not the same, The first one is a Pacific Coast skimmer, the other one is a Octopus Skimmer.

Same thing just like Euro & AMS the Octopus is a knock off of the Pacific coast just alot cheaper like the ASM.

That may be true Latazyo, I'm not sure about that. I just know that when I looked up the Pacific coast brand it was higher than the Otcopus brand. That was like 2 years ago though, I know the Otcopus brand has started to grow a lot in the market now.

They are one in the same and that pump is way under powered for that skimmer. I bought one when they first came out and it did not do much at all. Very nice build, just undersized pump.
I would get the 150 or 200 and do the mods yourself. Cheaper and much bigger-good luck
