Are yellow capricornis common?

I was given some yellow capricornis from a fellow reefer because he could not get it to grow. I got it 4 weeks ago about the size of a quarter and has now doubled/tripled in size. I have seen reds, browns, orange and greens, but not yellow.

here is a pic

Is it a lighter green that is stressed?

Never seen a yellow cap monti. Would love to have a frag.

Either way very nice

I had a yellow cap in the 90s that was much larger than a dinner plate. It was part of the 5 for $50 that first opened the doors to Rods Reef in 1997. 2" diameter yellow cap, 3 branch(2"+) purple digitata, 3 branch (2"+) Orange digitata. 3" frag of the green slimer, and 5-7 points of nice purple A. nana.. 5 for $50. Any old timers still around? Carlos? Tim?

Rod, they call ME an "old timer" now.

You know what's funny? That A. nana is oddly difficult to find now! Not so in my tank, but ....

Im pretty sure i have a blue eyed hermit you helped my 2 year old find in your huge coral vat for at least an hour ....hes now turning 13. Glad to see your food's avail everywhere Rod... I went offline for the last 7 or 8 years but have started on the websites. I still have a couple refusurge's kicking ...
