Anyone remember that self-help book from the 70s called "I'm OK, You're OK"? I call all of the self-help genre books "shlock psychology!" LOL Some comedian (don't recall who) said he was going to write a book called, "I'm OK, I'm Not So Sure About You!"

I feel like crap.

Had a sore throat and coughed up a storm for the past 2 days..

Now today I'm getting sneeze "attacks" along with a runny nose... not to mention I definitely got the RUNS with some horrible "low-carb" ice cream...

Hopefully I'll be better tomorrow! haha.
